Question Bad Wifi issues.

I have been having bad WiFi issues for the past couple of weeks and have tried everything to fix it but nothing has worked. The problem is I have "Connection issues" ,as stated in my internet connection monitor, way to often. I will be disconnected from any game i am playing very often. It will say "server connection error", or "timed out" in these games.I have updated all drivers, full reset on router, reset network settings, bought a new wireless adapter, cleared caches, tried windows trouble shoot, and unchecked power save mode, but nothing has worked. My chrome internet connection monitor shows internet connection issues not internet connection lost and its totally random. Sometimes it will have issues every 30 seconds for an hour, other times it can go 3 hours without any issues. I am the only person in my house with these issues so its not my ISP. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What WIFI adapter do you have? USB? PCIe? Motherboard?
If USB or PCIe, please post a link to the adapter.
If motherboard, please list the model.

I originally was using TUF Z390-plus gaming(WIFI) built in wifi card,
But i just went out to get the ASUS PCE-AC55BT B1 AC1200 Wireless Bluetooth 4.2 PCIe/Mpcie Adapter
