Question baking r9 issue

few transistor fell off in baking process this card is there any way to weld it back and what i need to do it

and how did it fell off? baking too long or too hot? are you sure card not done.

before and after i think i bake it too long not sure after first time it was working for few weeks when it stop i tried agin for longer and thats what happend
