Ok in some countries biscuits are what we would call cookies (ie england).
Now in canada and the usa cookies are no where near what we call biscuits.
Our biscuits tend to be what some places call bread or scones (but some
scones are like tea biscuits and some are like sweetbreads not to be
mistaken with sweetbreads that are made of meat). It's all about what
something is referred to and it started with what a muffin is and whether it
is a cupcake or not. Cupcakes being small cakes totally unrelated to muffins
as muffins are heavier and more substantial (can be substituted for
breakfast). So then it was about what is a desert and what isn't and so
forth with many digressions and links to pics depicting which was which. I
may have added some stuff or not as my memory is being intruded upon the
lack of coffee. 8D (which I am currently correcting as quickly as possible
LOL)

those sorts wandering the streets of Manhattan near the Port Authority
