25 Mbps (1:1) Dedicated Internet Bandwidth - if i want to distribute 5 Mbps per client , how many client i can connect with that bandwidth ?

Divide 25 by 5. Essentially you will be able to hook up 5 system's if you want to allocate 5Mbps per system provided you're dealing with a 25MBps connection.
