Bandwith loss using NVME m.2's on B450-f gaming?

Hey Guys, I have an Asus b450-f which supports using 2 M.2 NVME drives. In he manual it says that if using Ryzen with Radeon Vega Graphics with 2 M.2 drives then the bandwidth will drop on the PCIE bus from x16 to x8. I'm using 2nd Gen Ryzen 5 2600 CPU so is this correct? Obviously this isn't ideal as I need x16 for my GPU and don't want to sacrifice the bandwidth just for a 2nd drive.

Thanks for the quick reply. So I will get full x16 bandwidth with a second drive? Do you know if it disables any of the SATA ports using 2 onboard drives?

No, you will not get full x16 bandwidth if you have two M.2 PCIe devices. Footnote #4 applies with second generation Ryzen processors " When the M.2_2 is occupied by M.2 device, PCIe x16_1 will run at x8 mode." Footnote #3 applies to the other slot and SATA 5/6 are disabled if that port is used.
