I have got a few video clips which I want to frameserve to cce but I do not
want to do them one at a time. Is there anyway to create a batch or job to
frameserve in VirtualDub?

just open up another virtualdub for each clip you want to
frameserve. It's what i do when i have a few clips i want to
send to TMPGEnc.
