Batman arkham knight is some times laggy on my zotac gaming gtx 1650 4gb oc edition

Specs
Amd fx 8350

Corsair vengeance 8x2 but gives half memory 4x2 it is 16 gb but shows 8gb

Windows 10 pro 64

Zotac gaming geforce gtx 1650 4gb oc edition

What can be the cause of lagging.

I'm not entirely sure what you're saying here, but it sounds to me like you may have a defective ram slot.

That would be one of the causes of stuttering; your system is forced to run in single channel mode, and that is not ideal at all for playing games with.

1)Mixing sticks doesn't always work - it's a gamble.
2)For dual channel to work, you need 2 sticks in either slots A1 + B1, or A2 + B2. Use the combination that doesn't use the bad slot.

There are no win 10 drivers for my mobo so is it possible that can cause the ram to be read half

Since you're stuck in single channel regardless of which setup, you have faulty ram... or more than 1 ram slot is defective.
You can test this with Memtest86 free version: https://www.memtest86.com/
Run one stick at a time with that. If they all pass, then the problem lies with the motherboard.
