Batman Arkham Origins 0xc0000142 error

everything worked fine but suddenly im about to launch the game and then i have this massege:

"the application was unable to start correctly (0xc000142) click ok to close the application"

im using win 8.1

and its not the first time, last time i reinstall the game, but i dont want to do that again.

help plz

Try delete the game's config files

*cause when you delete the game they don't touch your config files*
