[SOLVED] Battery charging Icon not complete to 100%

Hello all,
I am using Windows 10 HP ProBook g450 Laptop PC with 4GB RAM, 1TB HDD.
When I plug in my PC with a charger it does not show the charger icon into 100%, it stops 79% even it plugin with a charger. What does it problem?

HP never released a G450 laptop under the Probook series. They do however have a Probook 450 series that start from G1 and have gone up to G8. Which one do you have? To that effect, how old is the laptop at this point? You might want to see if your laptop is pending any BIOS updates. Ona side note, what version(not edition) of Windows 10 are you on at the time of writing?

Sorry, it's my mistake, It's a hp ProBook 450 g4. 21H2 version and I use this PC since 2017.

There are power management programs that can limit battery charging to under 100% as the max, or it could be a bad battery. Battery is from 2017 so bad battery is very likely if you never played around with any other settings.
