Question Battery percentage notifier-windows 10 on full screen?

I want a software that notifies when battery is 80% charged or 20%. There are lots of apps that claim to do so. But when I am on full screen, they don’t overlay chrome screen with notification.

I’m currently using battery percentage icon app from ms store.

Please recommend an software for me.

Requirements being you only want to be notified via some pop-up if the battery is at 20% or 80% - correct?

Likely doable via a Powershell script. Likely to become cumbersome depending on details.
