battle field 3 & 4 just stoped wrking

Hi i have bf3 and bf4 in origin and both was working fine yestirday,, today i get home from college and load the game,, battlelog loads up perfect en i can see my soider overview, loadout assignments and all that, but when i click the play now button nothing happens at all, it just flashes, no blue loading bar saying joining server, this is also happening to battlefield 3 as well today, ive reinstalled origin, fire fox and bf4, still doin it, they both worked yestirday fine, call of duty gohst on steam works on multiplayer so not the internet, the offline bf4 campaign works, but who cares. Im updating my windows it says theirs 11 updates, its windows 8.1, im noob to pc, could it be the battle field web plugin, would this affect both games, if so how do i fix, please help thankyou, very frustrated,

Yes, please update windows first to make sure that's not it.
Also try repairing the game in Origin, Right click the game icon and hit "Repair"

Do what argeru says and one more thing check if ur battlelog plugin is up to date

Daeno, It is a common Problem with BF4. I have quit rage many times on that. DICE are working on that. But there are two ways to reduce that.
1- Change BF4 launch Settigs in Origin to x86, it more stable.
2- Update PunkBuster, Graphics Drivers
Reduce your graphics settings in the game, sometimes BF4 crashes on lag.
Second Assault crashes more than Base Game and China Rising.

Thankyou all, i went into bf4 files deleted web plugins and reinstalled them, now works, 🙂
