Battle.net account get locked

My Account get Locked for some reason and I can not log in and it send me to this page https://eu.battle.net/account/support/password-reset.html and when i enter my email address and name it say that Battle.net Account and name do not match. and i cannot even submit a ticket for support because i cannot log in. Any ideas on how i am going to resolve this issue?

You dont have to log in to anything...just email support @ xxxxxxxxx

Dont worry, i had same problem.
First of all, do not use ANY link you get into your email.

Start off with your browser by writing the site www.battle.net.

After that, try to log in (of course it wont let you), then ask for unlocking your account.

Battle.net account recovery will work as long as you remmber the exact way you registered an account.

I belive it is more likely you were sent to a bogus site that tried to get that information from you.

If not, write back!

i don't remember the exact way i registered.
the only think i can provide is email, password and key for starcraft 2
