I just bought battlefield 1 and thought it would be an awesome experience cause I have a pretty decent pc but it was just the opposite at first I get bad frame drops while playing second thing whenever I enable DX 12 and restart the game, it doesn't work I can't even get past the menu it's even hard to move the cursor at that time? Anyone of you experts know the possible reason for this? Any help is appreciated
My pc specs :
Cpu : i5 7500
GPU : GTX 1060 6gb
Mobo : Asus strix b250f
Ram : 16 GB ddr4 dual channel
And yeah all my driver's and windows is up to date I'm running windows 10

Everything looks as it should. Temps are good, usage is fine. The GPU usage during gaming going to 100% is also good. Means your not bottle-necking (as your CPU hits approx 100% too), which you would expect with your CPU. Don't see anything there that makes me think it's a hardware issue. I'm basing that on the fact you've reported your HD is okay health wise.

To me, it seems like it's a software issue. Sadly that means one of a couple of things.

To me, it seems like it's a software issue. Sadly that means one of a couple of things.

1. Re-install the game (or try get a different connection type - internet wise. Do you have a decent mobile data package? Something you can tether to? even that would be better than 240kb/s). If you live in a remote area, hardline connections are tough, as it's all about proximity to fibre cabinets. You could explore Satelite as an option for internet. Can be a little more expensive, but sometimes the increase in speed is worth the costs :)

2. There could be another program, perhaps malware running in the back-round hogging some resources which are impacting system responsiveness.

Just on a side note, and I don't think this is the issue, but what PSU do you have? A failing PSU causes particular types of issues, which I don't believe is your problem, but it doesn't hurt to know.

Hello guys I talked to EA specialist team they asked me for my msinfo report so I sent it, after checking it they told me that I have an issue with nvdisplay.container.exe but my Nvidia control panel is working properly also I don't know what this nvdisplay.container.exe thing is? Can anyone help me?? With what do I do about this?

Try using driver sweeper to get rid of all of the old nvidia drivers then re-install the drivers.

CHKDSK /R Doesn't report anything, it just fixes issues. If you didn't use the /R switch then it would have ran with no actions and the reporting isn't obvious. You have to know where to look. (It reports in event viewer NOT on the screen after running.) The /P switch for example won't do anything to fix the drive. /R is the best switch to actually fix disk errors.
(Side Note: CHKDSK /R fixes some of the most common computer issues.)

A corrupt nvdia file could be the cause and would be worth trying the driver sweeper and re-installation.
