battlefield 1 glitch can't use mouse or keyboard

I’m playing in pc battlefield 1
When I start the game in menu everything work normal but after choosing multiplayer or single and the game start, the input for keyboard and muse stop dose nothing but if I click alt+tab I can change tabs but in game not working, if I connect xbox 1 controller its working only for controller but not for keyboard and muse please can you help me

A few things to try:
-If there's an choice in the game options menu make sure it is set to mouse/keyboard.
-Install the newest drivers for your mouse & keyboard.
-Reinstall the game.

but when i made a new user in widows 10 its working fine but that is not a solution

Odd that creating a new user for Win10 would fix.
