Battlefield 3 Bad Framerate

I am trying to play Battlefield 3, but for about a month now I have been getting horrible frame rate in the game (not more than 6 FPS). i used to have 70 FPS before on Ultra settings as I have a fairly high- end computer. I tried lowering the settings but no luck. I also tried repairing the game through Origin. Thanks for your help guys!

My PC Specs:
-Gigabyte R9 270X
-AMD FX 8320
-8GB RAM
-MSI 970A-G43

Every other game I own works perfectly, including the much more demanding Assassin's Creed 4

According to the Raptr Gaming Evolved App, I do not have any new drivers available to my graphics card

This is a baffling case. I Think there are two potential solutions to this.
1. Reinstall BF3
2. Get beta drivers http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/latest-catalyst-windows-beta.aspx

It's unlikely, but also check for viruses on your computer.

Yes it is correct, just looked at your GPU z. Try legacy driver 14.3
