Will this run BF3 multiplayer on low settings at 30+fps everywhere?

Specs:
AMD Athlon II X2 240 @ 2.85 GHz
Radeon HD 6570 1 gigabyte DDR3
3 gigabytes of DDR2 800 ram
400w PSU
Resolution: 1366x768. Might tune it down to 1280x720.

I just want to be able to play on low at 30 fps almost everywhere.

You should be able to do low at 720P. Don't expect more than that though.

You should get above 30 at all times.
