Battlefield 3 is laging even in campaign?

I have FX 6350 3.9Ghz
R9 270 XFX
Kingston Hyper X 8gb ram 1866hz
Still BF 3 NOT 4
is lagging a lot!!!!!!!

I used to play it with same GPU but 4gb ram and Pentium G3420 and it was better, I don't think it's the CPU so what is wrong ? :/
I installed the catalyst 14.4 driver I have Win 8.1

hahha I didn't mean to put solution but no im using Corsair Hydro series wich cools the CPU a lot!! my temp on high load is 34c

That temp reading is from which software? You need to check Thermal Margin in AMD Overdrive under load

Core Temp, and bios (altho bios doesn't make sense because its not on load) but even if core temp was wrong
the highest tem I got ever is 38c

When I got my FX 6300 it was laggy for me too. I reinstalled my Windows and now it's greate. I have also the same card as you, but MSI. I got 55+ FPS on ultra in BF3
