battlefield 4 fps problems 2015 patch

I have random FPS problems when playing battlefield 4 after the new patch that came out the other day.
My pc specs are.
CPU - i5 4440
RAM - 16gb
GPU - r9 270x

Check your temps, reinstall the drivers, report back.

if the patch is a issue then just don't install it ? its that simple , right ? if thing were fine before the patch that keep playing it that way
