Hi, I am new here and have decided to build my first custom PC. I have played on a toaster for a while and I'm now ready to upgrade. I made this with the help of a friend, with my budget being around 800$. So, my question being, how good could this run BF4? I know that game is crazy intensive, but I don't want to blow 800 dollars and then have constant stutters, FPS drops, etc. I am wondering what the estimated settings are that I could have 50-60 fps without lag. I may also get 60ish extra dollars, and I am also curious as to what is worth upgrading before I buy or just save that money for games, mice, etc. And finally, are there any glaring flaws that need to be fixed with the build? I wouldn't mind paying 40 extra dollars max.
Are there any websites that tell me these kind of things? I haven't found any yet, so that's why I'm here.

Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor CPU
Cooler Master Vortex Plus 54.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler CPU Cooler
Asus H97I-PLUS Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard Motherboard
Kingston HyperX Fury Red 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory Memory
Seagate Barracuda 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive Storage
EVGA GeForce GTX 960 4GB Superclocked Video Card Video Card
Phanteks Enthoo EVOLV ITX Mini ITX Tower Case Case
EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply Power supply
Asus VS207D-P 19.5" Monitor Monitor
Rosewill RK-201 Wired Standard Keyboard Keyboard(tried to go for cheap here)

Thanks to all that help.

You mean upping it right?

If that is the case(no pun intended), assuming your budget is 900( you said 60 + 40), then this would be a much better build:

Of course, you can pick any atx case, this is real decent one though: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139013

Yeah it's a bit over your budget, but not by much. And the performance is way above what you have listed. Plus the monitor you listed was pretty crap.
