Battlefield 4 low fps out of nowhere.

I use to run BF4 at 45-55 fps... All of a sudden I am getting 20-15, or even 3 at times... GPU usage is at 98-97% and cpu is at 76-80%.... Low settings are the same result... Quality changes but FPS does not...

here is my specs...

AMD Athlon 860k OC'ed to 4.2
R7-250X
Msi a78m e35
8gb ddr3 1600...

Temps aren't the issue as gpu is 55*C and cpu is 40*c under load. AMD OD thermal margin is 46 underload. Thanks in advance.

is it stuttering? or is it stuck at 15-20 FPS? i know i get massive frame drops when post-processing is set to anything higher than low, on my 7870 (R9 270X). other than that i get ~80FPS on 32p OP Locker, with mostly high settings at 1920x1200.

It does stutter when it's below 10 fps.

Found my problem.... Forgot to disable AMD turbo core in the bios so it was stuck at 1.7 GHz.
