Battlefield 4 startup error

Basically, battlelog runs fine and i choose my server but when the game actually loads it just a black flickering screen with white border no picture of the game or anything occasional sound any ideas?

something in your system is not working.

common problem. they are working on stuff like that. the first week it was out i had same problem. After one of the updates, it works flawlessly. Maybe check uninstall your video drivers and re install. reinstall game. just a few things i usually do to verify its not a problem on my side.

Yeah, check those video drivers. Had the same thing in the beta but installing the latest drivers fixed it.

Don't worry if it just plain doesn't work at the moment, the game is broken as hell as it is and needs some serious patching.

i have a AMD FX 6300
gpu: radeon 7770 oc
RAM: 8gb corsair vengeance
500w psu corsair

The way it happend was i changed the game to fullscreen and it just blanked on me?

Like i said, chances are you're going to have to wait for an update. or Re-installing and using a lower resolution? i found playing bf4 on my three monitors would produce that instance. so i'd go to a lower resolution... try windowed.. also try clicking the bf4 icon before it loads to it. you can see it pop up on the task bar during the Battle log Browser saying its loading all the stuff.
