Battlefield 4 Vertical Bars (Video)

My setup:

i7 6700K Skylake
MSI Z170A G7 Motherboard
MSI R9 390 Video card
16GB 2400 DDR4 RAM
Ultra settings 1080P

It seems when looking at lighting or fire effects in BF4 I get these crazy black vertical bars. It also happens on the Deploy screen.

Drivers up to date. Everything is new. Went away for a while.. but now its back.

Maybe try reseating the DVI cable, it may be loose, if that doesn't help, try and find another cable to try

Looks like a cable/connection issue, if swapping cables doesn't help, try using another output on your video card.
