2 weeks ago i could play any game that i wanted and it worked out fine but about 1 week ago i started to have problems where my computer would randomly crash when playing these games. I would sometimes get an hour of time in and sometimes not get past start up. It would work out for a longer amount of time if i closed other programs down. The error report is:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 116
BCP1: FFFFFA800DA7E4E0
BCP2: FFFFF88005E4BA08
BCP3: FFFFFFFFC000009A
BCP4: 0000000000000004
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1

I don't know everything about my computer or what is all needed but here is what i found:

Nvidia GeForce GTX 760
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2320 CPU @ 3.00GHz
16 GB RAM
The rest is from an Gateway DX4860

I have tried many things such as testing the memory, reinstalling graphics drivers, switching driver versions, and checking for viruses. I am currently installing windows updates. I have checked threads similar to this and people have spoken about replacing the motherboard or resetting windows but i would rather avoid these. Please give me some advice on what to do and thank you for your time!

I have checked both of the threads before and as far as i could tell the one that had the most useful information was the one where he had to replace his motherboard though as i said before i would rather avoid that. It looks like i might have to though :(
Thank you for your reply and time!

Since you've tried everything mate I would just RMA the offending motherboard and save yourself some time and headaches.

LOL!. I thought you'd tried that already, I hope that's fixed your problem.
If it doesn't"click" it's usually not in correctly.
