Question Will the Be Quiet! Dark Rock Elite be sufficient ?

I'm building a new PC with the Ryzen 9 9950X3D and I'm not planning to overclock.
Would the Be Quiet! Dark Rock Elite be sufficient for keeping temps in check under load, especially during gaming and productivity?
Anyone using this combo or something similar?

What case do you have in mind?
ANY cooler, air or aio needs a good supply of fresh intake air to let it do it's job.

In any sort of a decent case, the cooler will be plenty.
