Be Quiet Pure Power 10 vs Seasonic M12II 520 EVO

Which one should I get?
P.S. The M12II 520 is about $10 more expensive

For that system you could save some and get the Corsair CX 550 (2017 model with grey and black text) or the Corsair CX550M. If you want something higher quality but affordable get the Seasonic FOCUS 450 or 550 Semi Modular.

The CX550M has a sleeve-bearing fan while Pure power 10 has rifle-bearing fan and M12II 520 has FDB, the rifle-bearing and FDB is better than sleeve-bearing fan, right? Because I'm gonna mount it in the horizontal position.
Also the FOCUS 450 is around $100 in my country, while the other two are $50

Damn I forgot that the M12II 520 doesn't have DC to DC, so it's clear that I'll get the Pure Power 10 because my budget for PSU is only $50, thanks for the help
