BearTab Unlocked 7 Inch Android Phablet

I bought the BearTab Unlocked 7 Inch Android Tablet Phone from Amazon [http://www.amazon.com/BearTab-Unlocked-Android-Tablet-Phone/dp/B00MLG68IE/] and am waiting to receive it in the mail. I understand one gets what they pay for and I am not expecting too much from this device. I just hope it does what it says it can and can do basic, simple things. I am thinking of buying a portable battery charger for this and am wondering if somebody could please help me in choosing the right one? I know when buying charger for a laptop, one can buy one that is too powerful for the laptop. I do not want to do that for this phablet. I was thinking of buying the KMASHI 11200mAh Outdoor Flashlight Extended External Travel Battery Pack Mobile Power Charger [http://www.amazon.com/KMAX-806-Flashlight-Generation-SGH-T959V-BlackBerry/dp/B00BN42G5Y] but I am not sure if it would be too powerful for the tablet/phone. I would also like to put an anti-virus/anti-malware/anti-spyware software on it to keep it safe, but there are so many out there and I do not know what would be best? Also any stylus should work with this, right?

1) I don't recommend getting a portable charger. They blow up, and so my friend and I call them grenades.
2) No need for anti-virus... I have never caught a virus on Android even without security, much less on Win8.
3) Any good stylus would work.

This isn't really true; it's more that a voltage mismatch can cause issues. All smartphones (that I know of) charge off USB's 5V, so that's not an issue. More juice = better.
