I did an update for my mothers PC (Windows 10) and after it restarted.....it did 3 beeps from motherboard, fan goes up then calms down, BIOS flashes its self, Windows 10 tries to repair its self then goes into a long locked beep.

I can't remember all of the specs of her PC but it is 6 years old and is a very basic PC. If I am able to get the specs, I'll update this post.

All I can remember off the top of my head, it's a Lenovo motherboard (not Think Pad) with 8GB RAM.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You state that the motherboard is by a Lenovo, you might want to pass on the model/SKU to the prebuilt. If it's a laptop, model and SKU to the laptop would help.
Pardon my ignorance but I can't find the SKU. On the other hand, this is the Info on the sticker -

Machine Type: 90FN

MTM: 90FN004BUK

Product Family: ideacentre 510S - 08lSH

CPU: Intel Pentium G4400 3.3GHz

HDD: 1TB

RAM: 4G
(Has been upgraded about 4 years ago to 8GB)

OS: Windows 10 Home

PSU: 100-240W 3A 50/60HZ

We have come to the conclusion that it might be the RAM or MOBO that has failed. Since this is a old and out of date PC. We have decided that it would be better to buy a new PC.
