Beeping sound with red light and no display...

When i on my pc i get a beeping sound and a red light blinking and no screen display, the sound stops suddenly and the light keeps blinking.. Then my cpu makes a weird sound its like the fan making a bigger sound...

It all happened when i put extra rams.
My pc has 8gb capability... so i had 2x2gb already... in slot A1 and in slot B1... this beeping thing happened when i put the extra 2x1gb sticks in slot A2 and B2.... i want to fix it so badly..

Ram slots with sticks placed in:

B2 1gb ddr2 667mhz
B1 2gb ddr2 800mhz
A2 1gb ddr2 667mhz
A1 2gb ddr2 800mhz

Take out the DDR2 667 RAM and see if the problem stops. You should never mix speeds and sizes.

your mixing ram and they must be not working on the same cas you will still have this issue every time you mix ram .

I did it. Now its fine does dat mean i cant use them..

check the specs of both set if they have same settings and voltages but you could run in trouble anytime with them because of this .

That is correct you can't use different speed RAM, and you shouldn't use different size RAM in the same computer. See if you can return the 667 RAM if you want to add RAM I recommend getting the exact same brand, model, and speed and still verify with the vendor the timings are the same. Sometimes manufacturers can go to a different chips even in the same brand an model.
