Beeps code for asus motherboard

Hello,

My computer says it's suffered a fatal error and now is doing a series of beeps whenever it's turned on. It does not stay on-only momentarily and then the box comes up with the "fatal error" message and then a few minutes later it will loop back into restart. Any ideas on what's wrong with it? Oh also, it beeps 1 short beep whne it powers off and then the screen turns black and then the Windows logo comes up as it starts to reboot once again. That's it's entire cycle.

2. What is the code? how many beeps, pauses etc.

In case you want to look for yourself, the specific model's user manual should include the beep codes for it. you can download the user manual from the Asus website \ Support \ motherboard model \ downloads.

1. Try re-installing the RAM module.
2. Try installing the RAM module onto other DIMM slots.
3. Clean the golden finger on the RAM module with white eraser, and
clean the memory slot with soft brash, then install the memory back
onto the slot.

Cannot detect any VGA card or VGA card test fail

2. Try installing the VGA card onto other DIMM slots.
