Beeps coming from PC case

While playing Skyrim (does not happen while rendering stuff or playing other games), my computer beeps 9 times, or more precisely, [beep-beep-beep-very shortpause]-x3. No CTD, sudden restart or shutdown. Just beeps and keeps going as if nothing happened. There is usually a 40 minute-1 hour spacing between beeping (tested this only once after the first time, those beeps are scary). My PC is pretty new and has been working flawlessly so far, even with Autocad, 3dMax and Photoshop running at the same time, and running even the latest games like Witcher 3 in ultra with no issues at all. Checked temperatures while playing and everything seemed fine (55C peak for CPU, 68C peak for GPU).

I am positive the beeps are coming from INSIDE the case. Searched the Internet and everyones seems to suggest that it is most likely a temperature problem. I cleaned the fans and case about a month ago. I will clean them again tomorrow to see if anything changes. Fans seemed to be working at full power while playing (mainly because the game is heavily modded), but nothing out of the ordinary.

Other than that, it is pretty hot where I live lately, around 30C AND there are power issues from time to time (lower tension than usual, and sudden energy outages). PC seems to be doing just fine though, so my first guess is that the PSU is okay.

Some forums also suggested that it might be a bad memory issue due to the beeps, but I guess it is not. PC should beep during startup if this was the case.

Specs are FX6300, GIGABYTE r9 270x, 8gb RAM, Windows 7. GIGABYTE motherboard.

Solution
Well, cleaned all the fans. CPU temps dropped from 45ish to 43ish while idle. GPU is still running just the same. Beeping is still an issue (it beeps even more frequently for some reason). Always 9 short and VERY loud beeps. And when I say loud is REALLY loud. PC is fine. Checked my bios like you suggested, all warning features are disabled by default.

Internet searches suggested that the beeping might indicate:

1) Temperature issues. Pretty sure that temps are fine.
2) Bad memory. Beeps are while the PC is running Skyrim. Not on startup.
3) Monitor-Motherboard issues. Doubt it, but I wouldn't really be able to tell.
4) Bluetooth stuff. I don't have any bluetooth peripherals.
5) PSU failure. Again, can't tell. Pc seems to be working fine though.
6) Hard drive issues. Since skyrim accesses its files while running continuously, I think this might be the problem. SMART is not detecting any warnings or errors though.

I have found a method to disable the MB speaker, but I don't want to risk it. Any clues? I know that I can simply not play Skyrim anymore, but I don't want my PC to suddenly die when I leave it rendering my college projects.

Solution
Thank you for your answer. Apparently, the problem was that my PC case has an independent speaker that gave alarms when something went beyond 65 degrees. I simply disabled the speaker from my case display. The display is almost always facing the wall because I find it useless.
