Im looking at buying a psu. I need one around the 750 watt range but dont know what to get. My primary concern is quality and confidence that the thing wont blow up catch on fire or break other parts of my pc. I use my rig for rendering videos and a LOT of gaming i mean like 8 hours a day. Bottom line is i need something that will last is very trustable and thats not seasonic due to there customer service being horrible.

1 priority trust that it wont blow

2 modular

3 looks cool

4 sli/crossfire support

If you could list 3-5 psu that are great it would be much appreciated ill spend whatever it takes to get the very best in quality.

Thanks SOOOOOO much have a good rest of day-Thomas

This is the best 750w. made by Super Flower.

Summary 😀

The gravy train keeps on rolling for EVGA today with the G2 750W. Expectations were high, and EVGA rose to them without breaking a sweat. I have to imagine that over at EVGA headquarters, they have to regularly take breaks to go up on the roof and yell, "Top o' the world, Ma!" I certainly couldn't blame them. Now all we need from EVGA is their answer to the Corsair AX1500i, and we'll be all set.

The Good:

excellent voltage regulation
less than 15mV ripple on the outputs
switchable semi-fanless mode
excellent build quality
10 year warranty
competitive price

The Bad:

nothing

The Mediocre:

10 year warranty requires registration first

My personal favorite out of these choices is the EVGA supernova g2 750. It has gotten a 9.8/10 from Jonny guru (extremely picky expert psu reviewer) and is probably one of the best bang for the buck 750 watt psus out there. I will list a few other quality psus as requested. XFX (made by seasonic) makes great psus and are some of the best looking in my opinion. Lastly, we have the corsair hx 750i. It got a 9.6/10 on Jonny guru however, its a bit harder on the wallet.
