Question Benchmarking software to view hardware stats ingame

Was just wondering what the best and easiest software is just to simply view cpu, gpu and ram temps/usage in game. Something like the one Joey Delgado uses in his videos (

) or just all the benchmark videos on youtube.

It has a nice overlay text/graphs. Some games may not allow overlay as an anticheat measure, that's when you might take a look at my personal favorite: Moo0 System Monitor. A great feature it has is indicating your system's bottleneck in real-time.
