I currently have a 550Mhz Athlon and a 'GoldFinger' card. Before I start frying I would like to see how my system performs before, during and after and overclocking process. I don't want to run tests that take hours to complete even if they are the most accurate way (simply because I haven't got time). I was thinking of running a Half-Life demo but can't find any to download and I don't beleive I have got any on my computer. I will be altering the FSB, multiplier and, if needed, Vcore. Can anyone suggest any good benchmarking programs, demos? What programs do YOU use? My system spec (originally) is below and many thanks in advanced for any suggestions.

AMD Athlon 550Mhz slot a, (100 FSB, 5.5mlt, ?1.63Vcore?)ASUS K7M, 128MB PC100. (I occasionally run the FSB at 110)

Go there there is alot of tests there...
P.S. I also have a Athlon 500@650 the extra 150MHz makes a big differance.
