bend pin on motherboard pcie x16

so i just bend some pin on my motherboard gpu slot is it safe to pull out a couple pin and will it affect the performance?

No, it's not safe, most likely that port would not work any more.

Quite possibly. If you have another port empty, put GPU in there.
