Benefit of adding extra graphics cards

I currently have a single gtx 1080 and it works great. The only problem I have is that I have three 32 inch TVs, which only have hdmi inputs. My graphics card only has one hdmi output. Do they have DisplayPort to hdmi adapters? Anyways I was thinking about putting my two extra Asus Radeon hd 6850’s in my pc with crossfire. They each have a single hdmi output on them so i would have the perfect amount of outputs. Is it possible to run a nvidia gpu and Radeon gpu? Does anyone see any issues that doing this may present? Just some extra information. I have a Asus rampage V montherboard and a intel i7 6700k cpu.

This is what you're looking for. On the note about the additional GPU's, I'd advise against that route.

Just use Displayport to HDMI adapters, and run it all from the 1080.

I got a DisplayPort to hdmi adapter and it didn’t work. Plus I would like to use these graphics cards since they are just sitting there.
