Las Vegas, NV (Jan. 8, 2004) - BenQ introduced four new LCD monitors that feature new looks and technologies, adding to the company's current extensive line of display products. The BenQ FP767-12 and FP783 17-inch LCD monitors, FP951 19-inch LCD monitor, FP2091 20.1-inch LCD monitor and FP231W 23-inch LCD monitor are the latest entries to the monitor line.
FP767-12
The new FP767-12 is a revamped version of BenQ's popular FP767 17-inch LCD monitor. The FP767-12 features 12ms response time, a pixel pitch of 0.264mm, 500:1 contrast ratio and a brightness of 300 cd/m2. The FP767-12 has a resolution of 1280 x 1024, and comes with a D-sub input connector and built-in speaker in a black/silver bezel frame.
FP783
The BenQ FP783 17-inch LCD monitor was honored with an Innovations 2004 Design and Engineering award. The FP783 features 12ms signal response time for dynamic screen motion that yields smooth, flicker-free, full-motion images. It also delivers a brightness of 300 cd/m2 with a contrast ratio of 500:1 for amazingly clear and sharp picture quality. The BenQ FP783 has a resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels with a 16.2 million-color palette to ensure accurate color reproduction. It comes in a white/blue bezel, USB2.0 and optional 2Wx2 speaker with SRSÔ surround sound effects and web cam.
