BenQ VL2040AZ monitor refresh rate

This is the monitor I'm planning to purchase but I wanted to know about it's refresh rate. It says 55-75Hz on the product specification page but doesn't mention at what resolutions it provides 75Hz. I tried searching for it a bit but couldn't find any proper reviews about this specific monitor.

Does anyone know at what resolutions will this monitor provide 75hz?

honestly i dont know, but what i do know is that it only has a single VGA port and it has a 1600x900 resolution and its viewing angles are pretty bad.

i recommend this monitor, its roughly the same price but has a DVI port instead and is 1920x1080 and is 21.5 inches. 60hz.

That one is over my budget and it has 15ms response time. Since I will be using it for gaming mostly the response time and the refresh rate are the things I'm interested in. Plus the price of particular monitors is high here in India as compared to other countries.
