Hi, I have an Olivetti BA2030 motherboard for a m300-30 486 sx pc that does not start. The power supply works correctly. When I turn it on I do not hear the beep from the speaker. I think it is a problem with the bios chip that does not start, but I do not know how to solve the problem. I also attach a photo of the card that mounts a graphics processor with some damaged pins, but for that I have already found an external ISA video card, but if connected to this card it only gives a black screen. If possible, how do you think I could solve the problem? Thanks to anyone who will answer me.

Where I am not familiar enough with those era to offer any other suggestions, I would look very closely at all the capacitors on the motherboard and make sure nothing is swollen or leaking. I would make assumptions about cleaning all edge connectors and so on.

Just curious, really, but is this just a "for the heck of it" or do you have a real world use case for that old thing?
