Question Benq xl2411p cant go 144hz?

I just bought benq xl2411p and i cant use 144hz on 1080p i can use it only on 992 and on full hd i can go only 120hz, i am using display port so mb its because of that??

I have 16gb ram corsair ddr4
motherboard is gigabyte z390 gaming x
cpu: i5 9600k
gpu: gtx 1070 g1 gaming
os win 10
ssd 120gb and hdd 1tb
psu chieftec 650 watt
but when i set it to 144hz on fhd it starts flickering and flashing
