BenQ XL2411Z Cant Reach 144hz

Hello, I Currently have a BenQ XL2411 that cannot reach 144hz. I have tried Updating/reinstalling all the drivers, and unplugging/re plugging the dvi-d cable. Still no 144hz. I have tried everything of my knowledge, and I need of Great help.
Gfx: Radeon R7 200 Series

I would greatly appreciate some help.

Is your DVI-D cable Single or Dual link?
For 144hz support you need a Dual link cable

I am using the Dual Link that came with the monitor. It says dual link on it.
