i just bought this monitor i dont have a cd-dvd drive on my pc and my windows update is broken how do i install drivers

i already have the display pilot do i not need anything else the setup cd said it included both display pilot and drivers

i found this video i didnt understand anything he said but at least i got the driver installed i cant tell if everything else he is doing is important if it is please let me know
