BenQ XL2411Z Issue

Hey,
I recently purchased the BenQ XL2411Z and I'm loving the monitor, however there is an issue that is effecting me. I use the picture mode Standard with my modified settings along with an ICC profile, however whenever I turn on my PC and start up, the monitor automatically switches to FPS1 picture mode and my settings are reset. I also have to select the ICC profile as default again for it to work even though it says it is already. I have tried saving a preset with my settings and saving to the Gamer1 picture mode, but no matter what I do it resets on start up every time. It only takes me a minute to change the settings back but it's still getting incredibly annoying and I was wondering if anyone else is having the same issue?

I have written to the customer service team and they asked if I ever cut the power from the mains as that can cause it but I never do, they asked for warranty information so might end up replacing it.

get it replaced under warranty as that is what it is used for.

I know this was a long time ago, but thought I might update in case anyone has a similar issue as I discovered the problem. It was in fact the BenQ monitor software (that came on the disc) that was interfering with my settings. Once I uninstalled that, I had no problems. It saved my settings and always stayed in the correct mode.
