Benq xl2411z weird texture

i got a new benq xl2411z....the monitor is good only problem i see in it is some textures...like blocks..i cannot describe properly i have uploaded an image

If I go into Steam I have the same. It's just Steam related, low quality images used.

ok thanks..but this thing happens to my games also i dont know set resolution to 1920x1080....as well as for videos.
