Hi,
I have two of these monitors and using as duals, recently one of them has stopped displaying with the correct resolution 1920x1080 and would only give me two resolutions 1024x768 and 800x600 and that is very strange. That monitor shows up as "digital display" as well and not recognizing it as benq.
I'm using dual link cables to use the 144 hz refresh rate. So I tried using a HDMI cable and that recognizes the monitor and gives me the correct resolution.
What could be the problem? A broken port?
When I plug the HDMI port with a HDMI cable, it would show me the correct resolution. No problem.
When I unplug the DVI cable from the port and plug it back in it , it doesn't display anything and would just stay turned off. If I press the power button it would say "no signal detected"
But when I restart the computer, it would power back up and just gives me the two resolution option.
Here is an IMGUR of what I'm seeing now.

In the image, you see that one of the display is smaller than the other. They are both identical monitors!
So I'm wondering if this is a broken DVI port? If so then that's very strange because I've been using this monitor for 5 years with no problem up until now.
