Benq XL2730Z certain menu items greyed out

Ive been trying to figure out how to enable these greyed out settings such as all the Display items hue saturation senseyes demo gamma some others I really cant find anything online so I decided to come here to ask this can anyone help

I had to change the picture mode then almost all settings were avalible
