Question BenQ ZOWIE XL2730 27inch 144hz

Hey guys,

I have this BenQ Monitor -

But it says 1080p - 60hz on Cold War - I've tried all the settings and it still won't go to 120hz - Is it my monitor that is not able to run 120hz even if it's 144hz?
