[SOLVED] Bent a processor socket pin on the motherboard though the PC is working

Was replacing my old thermal paste with a new one but a particle of the old one accidently got over the processor socket on the motherboard. Prayed to the god before starting the PC and unexpectedly it booted up and I was able to play games just like before. So should I try to bend the pin like how it was before or just leave it??

PS - The pin bent over in thw opposite dirwction sticking upwards and not diagonaly. And the pin is in the outmost side next to the bracket if that makes sense..

Close, clear pics of the damage would help. But that involves taking apart.

Not seeing any adverse effects may just be because you've not yet invoked whatever function may run through that pin.

No telling what a bent pin will control.
An example is disabling a second set of ram slots.
Not an issue if you have not populated the slots.

Since all is working, do not try to fix a problem you do not have.
You take a chance trying to fix the bent pin.
Or, bending another pin reinstalling the processor.

Watchful monitoring is what I would do.
