bent jfp1 pins

trying to replace my PSU and in the process somehow bent the jfp1 pins

is this it for my mb? or can i just straighten them out?

Read the mobo manual. That'll tell you what it's for

its where I connect all the front panel stuff like hdd led and power switch

you should be able straighten them. GENTLY, with much love and tenderness. I actually use one of the female connectors to calmly persuade the offending pin back to it's straight, upright position.
