Bent USB pin in the connector

I have managed to bend a pin inside of a USB 2.0 connector. Is there any way I can fix this? You can see what I mean if you look at the YouTube link.

Sure.
Obtain a stout needle or toothpick, or other skinny object.
Turn the PC OFF
Unplug it from the wall
Stick your thing in there and bend it back.

Turn the PC OFF
Unplug it from the wall
Stick your thing in there and bend it back.

I have tried that. I cant get it go lift from the bottom.

Assuming by "lift", you actually meant "left"....it may be too screwed up to fix.

I mean that I can't get it up from the bottom, I get no grip of it.

That contact needs to bent to the left. Put your toothpick in there and lever it to the left.

I mean that the pin is resting at the bottom, and when I get a grip and move it to the left it just springs back down again.

Either fiddle with it some more, or it is too messed up to fix.
