Best 100 dollar 120/140mm radiator?

Hi! I'm planning on a build and have decided to water cool. But for cooling reasons, I'm going with a 120 or 140mm rad. I'm looking at the H80i GT. Any suggestions on anything more powerful or reliable? Or is the GT my best bet? I have a i5-4690k on an SLI Z97 Krait Edition Mobo. My case (and I know its big, but I want a small rad) is the Phantom 630. Help?
